ProReferee warranties all electronic products for 2-years, and batteries for 1-year. If you are within your warranty period, please open a support ticket with us. You may not need to pay for battery replacement. How this purchase works:

1. Upon placing your order, we will ship you a pre-paid return mailing box.
2. When you receive the box, package your watch with our included bubble wrap or within the original case, if you still have it.
3. Deposit the mailing box at any USPS mailing center.
4. When your watch arrives to us, our team will inspect the internal casing and replace the two CR2032 batteries.
5. The watch casing is cleaned and we run tests to inspect the timers for continued operation.
6. Your watch will pass inspection and be shipped back to you.

Batteries are rated to last until 2025. This purchase covers your Spintso watch for a new 1-year warranty for battery support.
