MISSION
We empower officials to perform at their absolute peak through engineered gear, practical education, and a connected global referee community.
VISION
A world where every referee from local youth leagues to international stadiums is equipped with innovative, professional-grade tools designed for accuracy, comfort, and authority.
CORE VALUES IN ACTION
We practice and represent our values every day in everything that we do.
Creativity & Innovation
We challenge standard officiating designs by engineering high-performance referee gear, communication systems, and custom apparel built for modern match demands.
Sound Judgment & Precision
Officiating requires split-second accuracy. We apply that same rigorous standard to our product engineering, materials selection, and field testing.
Love of Learning & R&D
We continuously study match conditions, technological advances, and feedback from elite referees worldwide to refine every stitch, whistle, and electronic system we produce.
Prudence & Reliability
Referees rely on gear that cannot fail. We design with durability, supply integrity, and uncompromised quality control at the forefront.
Humor & Community
Officiating is tough work. We bring passion, approachable service, and a human touch to the global referee community we serve.
OUR HISTORY
SINCE 2009
Founded in 2009 by former competitive soccer player and veteran referee Jason Sholl, ProReferee LLC began with a direct mission: solve the gear challenges that active referees face every weekend. Drawing from more than 15 years of on-field experience across youth, adult, collegiate, indoor, and professional soccer, Jason experienced firsthand the gap between hard-to-find elite gear and basic off-the-shelf equipment.
What started as a grassroots effort selling and trading referee gear at local training events evolved into a dedicated retail footprint in 2014 and today stands as an industry leader in referee technology and apparel.
THE NEXT ERA:
CUSTOM ENGINEERING & GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION
ProReferee is entering its next phase of growth. We are actively designing, engineering, and manufacturing our own proprietary line of referee products including advanced communication systems, high-visibility referee uniforms, ergonomic flags, and essential field accessories.
While expanding our global distribution network to supply referee associations and retailers worldwide, we continue to maintain an extensive catalog of trusted gear, ensuring sports officials have immediate access to everything required for success on and off the field.
